Service Provider of the Week - Meet the Small Businesses behind Geoffrey

At Geoffrey we believe in investing in local small businesses who live in the communities they serve. Meet this month's Service Provider of the Month: Samantha and Cierra from S&C Organizing, who offer Home Organizing and Decluttering to our neighborhood.

We asked a few 'get to know me' questions to learn a bit more about their journey. Check it out:

What’s the best compliment you’ve received from a client?

Samantha: We changed how they look at their spaces, how they purchased things, and how they decide between keeping or letting things go. I love this compliment because not only did we help that client when we were physically there to guide them through purging and organizing their spaces, but we set them up for their future selves.

What's a skill you've mastered that surprises people?

Cierra: A skill that I have mastered that surprises me is being able to come into people's home, usually never meeting them before and making them feel comfortable enough to allow me to transform their home and spaces. A lot of people don't realize how personal it is for someone besides yourself

to go through your personal belongings. I pride myself in making our clients feel comfortable when I first walk into the door, and reiterate that throughout my time in their home.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?

Samantha: "It is okay to care and want the best to come out of the project, but don't let it overwhelm you to a point that it holds you back from doing your best". At S&C we pride ourselves in completing every project to our best ability. We want our client's to feel it was worth the time and investment to bring us into their homes and that it wasn't a waste of time. Our biggest want at the end of each project, is for the client to feel a sense of relief, and know that they can keep up any of the spaces that we tackled.
