How it works? 1. First hour is booked to review the project, scope, and complete if light 2. If further time/materials are needed, contractor will scope time and materials, order, and retrieve or reschedule time to complete work once materials are received. 3. Contractor will return for completion and invoice for final balance for time and materials, minus the original amount booked Important Note: Contractor will match pricing for proposed scope found cheaper elsewhere
