Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Geoffrey platform, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Geoffrey Inc. ("Geoffrey," "we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of an area where Geoffrey operates to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Geoffrey is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Geoffrey connects residents with vetted service providers for home maintenance, cleaning, and related services. Geoffrey coordinates these services but is not the direct provider. All service providers are independent contractors, not employees of Geoffrey.

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

By booking a service, you authorize Geoffrey to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon amount. All prices are shown before confirmation. Executive membership fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Resolution Guarantee policy. See our Guarantee page for details.

Geoffrey provides a Property Protection Guarantee of up to $10,000 for damages occurring during Geoffrey-coordinated services. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of the service completion. Geoffrey reserves the right to investigate all claims and determine coverage eligibility at its sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geoffrey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Geoffrey may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion, with reasonable notice when possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware.
